ABI 3130 DNA Analyzer utilizes ABI PRISM Linkage Mapping Set DS-33 and filter set G5, allowing the analysis of fragment sizes of DNA molecules labeled with the following fluorescent dyes: 6-FAM (blue), VIC (green), NED (yellow), PET (red) and for DNA size standards LIZ (oragnge).
